Hi Welcome to Room 14s first blog. This term we are studying the life on the shore relating to Hiwi the Kiwi's show about fishing and protecting sea life. Keep an eye out for new work soon.
Some people went to the marae trip and I went to and it was fun. They and I picked up some feathers and some bottles there and some cigarette butts, some fishing line too and some paper, cans, bottle tops and we all had some gloves on our hands. We picked up rubbish to clean up and we found heaps of it. Corbin
We went to the beach and on the way I saw a heron. We made a sandcastle and then we had to sit on the grass. Then we had to go back to our classes. Summer
I went to the marae and I went to the beach, it was cool and we made a sandcastle. It was fun and we dug a hole. I saw a dead sea gull and it smelled disgusting but I had lots and lots of fun. Did you have fun? Natalie
At the marae I went to the beach. Me and Senio and Jeffrey were doing a big sand castle and they had rocks on their sand castle. We were cleaning up at the park and the beach and we were going back to Fairhaven in the car. Whareaorere.
I went to the Maketu park and it was fun. We picked up rubbish and we had lots of fun then we went home. Micheal
